NextSity Shipping & Delivery Policy (Pakistan)

1. Free Nationwide Delivery NextSity provides FREE Shipping on all orders across Pakistan with no minimum order value. No matter where you are, we deliver to your doorstep at Rs. 0 shipping cost.

2. Delivery Timeline We aim to deliver your gadgets as quickly as possible:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: 4-7 business days.

3. "Check Before Pay" (Open Parcel Policy) NextSity is proud to offer an Open Parcel Facility for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We want you to shop with 100% confidence.

Rules for Open Parcel:

  • You are allowed to open the parcel and inspect the product quality, model, and design in front of the courier rider before making the payment.

  • The inspection must be done while the rider is present. Please complete the check within 2-3 minutes to respect the rider’s time.

  • If the product is damaged or not as described, you can refuse to accept the parcel on the spot, and no payment will be collected.

4. Order Verification To prevent fake orders and ensure safe delivery, our team may call or WhatsApp you for order confirmation before we dispatch your items.

5. Undelivered Parcels Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable both times, the parcel will be returned to us.
